Michael Goldstein

Michael moved to Trenton in 2003 and began developing real estate in 2004. He is an experienced hi-tech CEO/entrepreneur. As a partner at HHG, Michael is principally responsible for financing, financial planning, investor relations, marketing, and sales.

HHG is the exclusive developer of the Roebling Center. The Roebling Center is a 6.8 acre, mixed-use development located in Trenton, NJ. Phase One of this project includes the Roebling Lofts. The Lofts are certified LEED Gold. They include amenities such as electric car charging, hi-performance windows and shades, advanced heating and air-conditioning, comprehensive sound insulation, and more.

Over time, the Roebling Center is restoring structures originally built by John A. Roebling Sons Company. This company is best known for the Brooklyn Bridge. The center will feature such as natural light skylights, connections to major highways and public transportation, office spaces, restaurant spaces, and is located in not only the NJ Garden State Growth Zone but also a federal opportunity zone.

Larry Steinhouse

Larry Steinhouse has a passion for investing in good, profitable properties. He first learned about real estate while working as a technician when he was just 18 years old. A friend and fellow employee were telling him about properties he was buying near the beach. He went on to tell Larry about the wealth-building ideas and the cash flow he was producing. Larry asked many questions and then went on to buy his first property just a few months later.

Teaching students how to make real money and build real wealth has been a passion of Larry’s for many years. He is with his students through every step of the process of searching for, buying, rehabbing, and then renting or selling the property.

Dan Butler

Dan Butler is a co-founder of CrestCore Realty. Dan spent the first 20 years of his career in plant management and operations with Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. After eight years of working for Georgia Pacific, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Dan left the corporate world in 2014 to work full time in real estate.

An early entrepreneur, Dan started a lawn care business in Greenville, SC at age 12 and successfully operated it for twelve years using the profits to fund his BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. Dan saw the potential for real estate investment and property management. He now personally owns over 900 units. He has been an active real estate investor since 2001, focusing on buying and managing single-family homes, duplexes, and small multifamily apartment buildings.

Dan co-founded CrestCore Realty in 2012 and since its inception, the company has grown significantly. CrestCore currently manages 2,600+ properties in West TN for 700+ local, national and international investors. Since starting the property management company, Dan and his business partner, Douglas Skipworth, started a real estate brokerage and a full-service maintenance company.

Beka Shea

Since 2013, Beka has rehabbed over 60 houses, wholesaled more than 120 deals, and acquired 12 single family rentals as well as investing in apartment syndications. Prior to launching her real estate journey, she served as an officer in the US Navy, and then spent 7 years working as a mechanical engineer in the energy efficiency arena. Beka is extremely gifted on the marketing front and her company MarketShark focuses on driving ideal conversion funnel growth. She knows the key to productivity is focus, which is a fundamental building block getting the best return on your time and money. In the same vein, she has spent the last 4 years leading quarterly small group accountability sessions for hundreds of other investors as a member of the 7 Figure Flipping mastermind to help them accomplish KPI tracking, hiring, cashflow, marketing implementation, and other critical investing skills.

Beka is also the co-founder of the Pottstown Real Estate Hackers meetup and is heavily involved in the local investing community. She loves camping, all lawn games, and spending time with friends and family.

Chad Gallagher

Chad Gallagher is the co-founder and co-owner of SlateHouse Group.  SlateHouse, founded in 2014, manages over 3,800 units across PA, NJ, and MD for investment owners, with over 100 employees.  SlateHouse also has a brokerage division in both NJ and PA with 20 real estate agents that focus on working with investors to buy and sell real estate.

SlateHouse also owns 200 units --- a mix of single-family homes, office buildings, and multi-unit buildings.  Chad raised $2M as part of the SlateHouse syndication -- used to acquire $8M in real estate.

Chad contributes to the investor community as a writer for BiggerPockets.com, the leading real estate investor website.  Previous to real estate, Chad led the Advertising.com mobile network which had $100M in revenue and was acquired by Verizon as part of a larger acquisition.  Chad graduated in 2006 from the University of Virginia with a degree in Systems Engineering and a minor in Business.

Ryan Daubert

Mr. Daubert graduated Cum Laude from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. He possesses extensive experience and expertise in insurance sales and management -- overseeing over 1,000 investing clients’ insurance policies.

Prior to founding Red Rabbit Insurance, Mr. Daubert served as a top-producing commercial agent with a large, well-recognized insurance agency in the Roseland, NJ area. During his time with this firm, he was recognized for his outstanding leadership abilities, and his genuine desire to help his clients. Mr. Daubert uses his knowledge of the industry to find his client’s insurance solutions that precisely match their risk management needs. In addition to his dedication to the success of Daubert Shannon & Associates, Mr. Daubert also generously volunteers his time in the community. He has served on the board of directors for The Illick’s Mill Partnership, Kids Peace, and in leadership roles at his church.

Eric Brewer

Eric Brewer is the owner and CEO of CR Property Group. Since beginning in 2006, the company has bought, renovated, and sold over 1,000 homes in York. He has an extensive background and experience in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and sale of real estate. 

Eric served in the United States Army in the Avionics Division. Prior to transitioning to real estate, Eric spent 8 years in the car business. Erik Cabral

Erik Cabral is the founder of the Mindado Investment Group, the creative agency On Air Brands, a partner in First Deal Coaches, and plays host, co-host, and producer on several shows: Entrepreneurs Circle, LIVE at the Hive, and Capital Hacking. With multiple businesses and partnerships, Erik is the quintessential “serial entrepreneur” who spends much of his time helping others grow their own businesses and brands.

Once he left corporate America and the creative industry after 20+ years, Erik jumped headfirst into real estate investing. He spent roughly a year educating, forming relationships, and analyzing hundreds of deals before he acquired a NJ multi-family apartment building, which he now manages. David Krulac

Whitney Sewell

Whitney Sewell is the owner and operator of Life Bridge Capital, LLC. Whitney is also a real estate investor who started his investing in 2009. He has invested in over 900 doors valued at over $120 million. He also runs a podcast, The Real Estate Syndication Show With Whitney Sewell.

Life Bridge works with investors through multifamily syndication offers. This helps them improve their investment returns. Through founding Life Bridge Capital, Whitney is able to pursue not only his passion for real estate but also his passion for helping others.

Matthew Wolf

Matthew Wolf joined The Kislak Company as a Vice President in December of 2017.  He brings with him over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry primarily focused on multi-family and other investment sales transactions in central and eastern PA.  Prior to joining Kislak, Mr. Wolf was a top sales producer for High Associates in Lancaster, PA after beginning his brokerage career with Marcus and Millichap in Philadelphia, PA.  He has executed over $200 million in sales.

Mr. Wolf graduated from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a BS in marketing. He became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and obtained his Pennsylvania brokers license.

He currently serves on the Manheim Township Zoning Hearing Board and is an active member of the PA Apartment Association, National Multi-Family Housing Council, and the St. Joseph’s Real Estate Alumni Association.

Michael Manthei

Brandon Conrad

Brandon R.
